Founded in 1984 by the former principals of the Parks, Palmer, Turner & Yemenidjian (PPTY) accounting firm, Realty Center Management, Inc. was established to provide trusted property management built on integrity, strong relationships, and long-term stewardship. Today, under the leadership of Chairman of the Board James R. Parks, a founding partner of PPTY, those same values continue to guide the company. For more than four decades, RCMI has grown into a diversified real estate organization serving communities across the United States through multifamily, commercial, hospitality, marina, and storage facility services.
